In Liyue, the Traveler helps Xiangling collect Lotus Heads and Jueyun Chilis, but she still feels something is missing. At a cave, they find a frozen man named Olaf and defeat a Cryo Regisvine. They also discover an extinct boar, preserved for 300 years. Back in Springvale, Xiangling wins the cook-off using the rare boar meat, impressing everyone with her culinary creativity. She thanks the Traveler and Paimon, promising to teach them more about her cooking when they visit her in Liyue.
Troublesome Work (Lisa's Quest Act)
In this story, the Traveler and Paimon visit the Mondstadt Library, where they meet Lisa, the librarian. Lisa, feeling bored with her job, perks up at seeing them and offers to lend them a travel guide. However, she realizes the book is overdue, along with several other books. Lisa enlists the Traveler's help to retrieve the overdue books, and together they visit various locations in the city, even picking out gifts for Lisa along the way.
Their peaceful errand is disrupted when Donna reveals her borrowed book is missing, possibly stolen. Using elemental markers, they track the thief to ruins where they confront a Cryo Abyss Mage, Emery, who believes the book contains a secret. After Lisa electrocutes Emery, they retrieve the book, which turns out to be a normal copy of *The Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies*. Lisa allows the Traveler to keep it and, back at the library, provides them with a new travel guide and some souvenirs, suggesting they look forward to their next outing together.
